These sites and your listings are extremely important becasue they are the first listing that can come up when someone does a local search in popular search engines and have an impact on being found by mobile device users who are out and about looking for a place to dine.

Search Engine Local Business Pages (Google+, Bing and Yahoo):

New (or existing restaurant) would be added (updated or claimed) on the three major search engines local listings databases and maps, creating your online local business page. This service includes not only adding the location and basic information, but including the necessary location information, content, details and keywords to improve exposure. When complete you will have an accurate listing which leverages relevant search keywords as well as a professional appearance using quality brand imagery.

Social Networking and Review Sites:

Here your restaurant will be added, claimed or requested for inclusion on popular restaurant specific directories, local directories on the web and social media tools. This would further leverage the power of these directories which have smart phone apps. Under this section we would add each restaurant to sites such as Yelp, Urbanspoon, TripAdvisor, MapQuest, Foursquare, local.com and/or other geographic specific sites.

REPUTATION MANAGEMENT: Monthly Monitoring / Management

The goal of this service is to monitor as well as stay on top of online feedback and information shared about your business. Diners will post reviews both positive and negative based on their experience at your restaurant on these sites and this feedback will become your online reputation that will influece other diners’ decisions. Business owners cannot ignore this feedback and need to engage with customer comments online. Galiant’s ERMM program will help you manage these sites and help insure a positive reputation. 

A review of all your listings will be conducted once a month and we will work to address any negative comments or posts that are effecting your business's reputation.
